If you’ve had a life-long struggle with your “nerves” and anxiety, you’ve probably worked a lot of your life around trying to figure out ways to maintain your composure, stay calm under certain situations that tend to trigger a fear, whether its heights,snakes, closed in spaces, elevators….whether its the shakiness you feel when you are in a crowded elevator that makes you take the stairs, the trembling feeling when driving on highways that make you chose the back roads, or that “lump in your throat” you feel when you have to speak up in front of people making you avoid certain job promotions. Nervousness, anxiety and…yes phobias can limit your life. You work overtime to avoid situations that trigger your nervousness- that false internal danger system, while other people seem to have no problem handling these situations.

This weeks radio show is entitled “Ain’t no Mountain High Enough”; Fears, Phobias and the “I’d rather not Syndrome”. I’m going to show you how anxiety is a 4th chakra issue. I will teach you all the mind-body and medical intuitive solutions to maintaining your emotional stability and keep a stable emotional footing in the midst of being around other people out and about our world.

Sugar-Pie Honey:Carbs, Artificial Sweeteners and Keeping a Healthy Mood, Memory and Mindset

Have you had problems staying away from bread, pasta, and other starches? Does your brain seem to crave carbohydrates in almost every meal whether it is the bagel for breakfast, linguini for lunch or that dumpling at dinner? If you seem to have trouble resisting carbohydrate cravings; even the most stringent, balanced or successful diet plan will fail because over time, your mood, memory and mind will seem to go downhill unless you have a steady supply of sugar or carbohydrate- whether it is simple or complex, natural or refined. This week’s radio show is “Sugar Pie, Honey”- How to be healthy with moderate use of carbohydrates in our diets.

Carbohydrates and diets are third chakra issues. In Chapter 5 of my new book, The Intuitive Advisor a Psychic Doctor Teaches You How to Solve Your Most Pressing Health Problems – the third chakra has to do with the health of our digestive tract, liver, gall bladder and kidneys. Our third chakra and dietary issues with carbohydrates/sugars is our intuitive advisor that lets us know whether or not we’re strong enough to both fulfill our responsibility to others and fuel our self esteem and self worth

If you, no matter what you do, can’t have a healthy relationship with sugar, carbs and weight, you need to follow the 3rd rule for intuitive health which incredibly applies to sweets and carb use. To maintain healthy weight, digestion and 3rd chakra, we need to follow the 3rd rule for intuitive health; “You can’t always get what you want, but if you try, you’ll get what you need” (balancing of self esteem and responsibility). This requires balance, desire to feel good about ourselves, boost our self esteem, satisfy our craving at times to sweets and carbs and at other times, have the ability to fulfill our responsibility at work and in our personal life (including to our health and welfare).
